Personal Statement

I believe that healing happens in the context of a relationship built on a foundation of safety, trust and the right amount of challenge. As your therapist, my goal would be to provide you that foundation so you can explore the places where you would like to experience healing for you, your relationship, or your family. With my 20 plus years of experience, I have had the privilege of partnering with many individuals, couples and families on their healing journey.

Whether you are struggling with issues of grief and loss, depression or anxiety, trauma of any kind, you or a family member are coping with a disability, current life challenges or changes that are becoming too much to bear, or trying to resolve issues from your recent or distant past, I am here to help.

My vision is that for those I serve, I can help them not just cope with life, but to see clearly the possibilities available to them to experience peace, health and happiness, joy and vitality, and true fulfillment in the life they are living in the here and now.
