Personal Statement

Everyone has the capacity to change. It is often the challenges of life stress, biology, and circumstances that keep us from becoming the person that we want to be. Therapy is a partnership and through mutual goal setting we can address the things that get in the way of your ability to do the things that are important to you.

The services you will receive are strengths based as I believe that the best way to overcome challenges is to build upon what you do well already. My goal is to create a supportive, respectful space for you to meet the goals that you have for yourself.

My professional experience has been with children and families and the challenges adults face as they create relationships or families of their own.
