Personal Statement

I believe that family is the key to healing adolescent and young adult mental health issues. Restoring harmony and connection between parents and children is essential, so that kids can turn to family for support when they are struggling.

Compassionate, caring, and expert in trauma-informed care, as well as the specific challenges that teens and young adults face today.

We will uncover and heal the underlying trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions that cause behavioral issues such as substance abuse, disordered eating, anger and aggression, and gaming and social media addictions.
