Personal Statement

Welcome! I offer a holistic – addressing the root cause rather than just symptoms. I take into account physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental aspects of your life. Through active collaboration, we can bring long-term wholeness to your body, mind, and soul. For some, I weave in life coaching. This balances our work so you feel clear on what you want and how to move forward in your life.

I blend solution-focused, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic therapies, mindfulness, and life coaching techniques. As a climate-aware therapist and member of the Climate Psychology Alliance, I specialize in working with climate distress. And am certified in Ecotherapy (nature-based therapy).

I work best with those struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, and climate distress.

As an LMFT, I hold a masters in counseling psych from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I work with gentleness for effective, long-term healing.

I grew up on the East Coast in a creative family. Aside from healing work, my passions are spending time in nature, latin dancing, and cycling. For years I have engaged in environmental activism and am passionate about the merging of ecology and psychology.
