Do you suffer from anxiety, or never feeling good enough? Do you need to feel better about yourself? Maybe you need to learn to connect with your partner, or work out sexual problems? LGBTQ issues? I can help. I have 20 years experience in the mental health field which I am more than glad to offer you.

We’ll meet in my office over a hot cup of coffee, and work out your problems together. I’m the expert in mental health, but you’re the expert in yourself. I’m easy to talk to, with a laid back style and respect for all people. I can offer you warmth, compassion, and knowledge as we discuss your needs over a cup of coffee.

I have a genuine desire to help, an ability to quickly connect, and a commitment to healing. I offer supportive, solution focused counseling, as well as in-depth therapy. In addition to general counseling, I specialize in sex and relationship therapy. I have the tools to help you achieve a new bond of healthy communication, intimacy, and growth in your relationship.

My post-graduate training includes the Family Institute of Westchester, The Couples Institute, Relational Life Institute, The Stepfamily Foundation, and the Institute for Relational Intimacy. I can offer you 20 years of experience as a couples counselor, my own life experience, and a calling to help others with their anxiety and relationship issues.
