Maggie’s counseling career began at Avera Behavioral Health (Sioux Falls, SD) where she completed an internship as a unit therapist and moved on to become an assessment counselor. Following that, she was a critical member of the team at Sioux Falls Psychological Services for several years before launching Known Counseling Services. She specializes in sexual addiction treatment, addictive pornography use as well as trauma caused in a relationship due to the betrayal of unwanted sexual behavior.
She is a leader in the region in helping individuals, couples, and families who have been wounded by sexual addiction. She offers research based treatment with understanding and compassion to help people in recovery find true intimacy in their lives so that they can be KNOWN and learn to rebuild their relationships.
