Personal Statement

It seems that everyday there are more and more barriers to mental wellness in our children and families. I am here to reassure you that different opportunities for hope and healing are just as plentiful. These can be found through relationships with our community, new understanding and technologies, and the fundamental connection to our inner selves and the physical world around us. Participating in therapy can help you tap into all these resources, learn important mental wellness skills, reestablish balance in your life, and gain important inner perspective that facilitates real happiness.

For over 10 years I have helped individuals and families throughout the western United States to find balance again, working in both family private practice and local crisis work. I focus on therapies that are effective because they are grounding for both children and adults. I will work with you to determine how best to help you to reach your mental wellness goals.
