Personal Statement

It’s normal to experience transition, pain, and disappointment in life. Sometimes, facing these challenges is best met with the help of a counselor. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space in which clients are free to explore, express, and find healing from painful experiences.

Since I was young, I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and found myself most alive when walking alongside another person, witnessing their growth process. It was in college, through personal trials of my own and the beneficial support I received, that I began to seriously consider becoming a counselor myself.
