Greetings and Thank You for considering The Pines Counseling! Finding a therapist you are comfortable with is important. I emphasize a strong therapeutic alliance with solution-focused goals aimed to move through the therapeutic process in an efficient, productive amount of time. If you have questions or are unsure about counseling and treatment options, I am here to help.
Therapies available include EMDR, Emotionally Focused, Dialectic Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I also offer neurofeedback training during sessions. Dynamical Neurofeedback is provided through music during the session, focusing on optimizing brain function by improving the central nervous system’s flexibility, resilience and stability.
