At some point in our life, we will all experience a major blow or loss. For some, this experience will be transient, allowing them to return to sense of stability. However, if you have a history of trauma from being neglected or abused as a child, or abused as an adult, life can feel like it has been turned upside down. Feeling the blow of an unexpected, traumatic life change can leave you with a sense that you no longer know how to navigate through the once familiar grounds. I get it.

I provide psychotherapy services that are specific for each individual. My psychotherapy services span from therapy for depression and anxiety disorders; including trauma related disorders resulting from sexual and physical abuse, to parenting support, couples counseling, and beyond. My therapy approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also am able to offer an integrative approach using EMDR, Hypnosis, and other experiential techniques that allows me to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
