I offer a 30 minute initial consultation session either in my Saint Thomas office or by phone. This gives you a chance to get a feel for who I am and how I work, before you need to make any commitment or have any costs. Studies have shown the overall quality of your relationship with your counselor is the single most important factor that determines how much benefit you'll get out of your counseling.

Therapy no longer has to take place in an office. It can happen from anywhere you are with the help of your computer, tablet, or even phone. I am licensed to work anywhere in the state of Missouri and will meet you through a secured online platform that is easy to use and completely confidential, The best part is that you can do this from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office, while you are out in the community, or even when you are traveling. No need to secure a babysitter or take a longer lunch to make a therapy session.
