Lindsay Sherwood is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist experienced in working with adults, children, couples, and families. Additionally, she specializes in working with depression, anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), parenting and constructive discipline, school Individual Education Programs (IEPs), childhood development, communication difficulties in couples and in family systems, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
She is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to work through what is challenging them most in their lives She considers herself to be a down-to-earth therapist, and views her ability to form rapport with her clients as an area of great strength.
In addition to being a psychotherapist, she is a daughter, wife, and mother of four young children.
