Making the decision to get help is a very important step in the healing process. I want to help you move forward in this process by providing a supportive, safe environment. My ultimate goal is to provide you with the tools to help you. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My specialty is working with adults diagnosed with mental illnesses. As a client, I offer you acceptance, respect, encouragement and a pleasant experience. I look forward to walking with you on your journey through the healing process.

By learning to regulate your nervous system during times of stress, challenging old thinking patterns, and by integrating holistic mind-body methods into your treatment, we will implement a more comprehensive approach to healing which, in the end, is more effective in creating meaningful and lasting change.
