Personal Statement

We live within systems of relationships with our family, friends, and even in relationship with God. It is within these relationships that problems and struggles can show up. Some relationship lack healthy boundaries, (toxic or dysfunctional relationships patterns) causing internal conflict in us (anxiety or depression) or misunderstandings. Recognizing current patterns of behaviors that are not working any more can be a first step toward growth and change...for Healing. If your heart feels broken and you think no one can understand I encourage you to come in and lets talk about what are some hard parts...be validated and find some hope for moving forward.

The work of healing and change begins with having someone hear of our deep hurts and disappointments. We only share when it feels safe and I want to offer a safe therapeutic space to begin the work of change and healing. Loneliness can begin to be replace with understanding and encouragement, the wounded state of just coping can change to being your authentic true self. I would be honored to work with you in any identified areas of need including grief, losses, anxiety, communication, relationships problems or dysfunction pattern living.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and in private practice. I utilize traditional evidence-based counseling theories together with some common biblical wisdom to help untangle some of life's difficult twists and turns.
