Personal Statement

Hi! I'm Linda Anderson. I work with people struggling with many issues. Some of them include childhood traumas, spiritual abuse, parents of GLBTQQ identifying children, relationship issues, and depression and anxiety. I believe the healing starts with a safe, empathetic, encouraging relationship with me. I provide an inviting, safe office space where you can be open and start healing. I provide a very personalized approach to therapy that may include different approaches such as EMDR, DBT skills, interpersonal skills, and mindfulness work.

Being very interactive and solution-focused allows me to provide support, education and practical skills so the people who see me to can effectively address their personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each situation to help clients learn new skills and insights to find the personal growth they want.
