Personal Statement

I use a collaborative approach to therapy because no one knows you better than you. I provide a safe place for you to feel heard and validated in your experience and for us to explore what you would like to address or any changes you would like to make to live more fully and authentically in your relationships and in your life. I am humbled at the trust you place in me by sharing your most intimate thoughts and fears and honor that throughout our journey together as we work through some of the tough stuff in your life.

I have worked with adolescents to senior adults, and while things we face are different at various stages, our core feelings are much the same.

Many issues come from hurts we' experienced; some are intentional, some are not. Sometimes, we are hurt by others, and sometimes we may be hurting ourselves. Just like a cut, these emotional hurts need to be cared for in order to heal. I'd like to help you do just that.
