Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker- Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with over eight years of experience working with families and individuals across the lifespan. I am a Dementia Specialist and trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I worked in several settings including homes, hospitals, offices, community-based settings, telehealth, residential, assistant living and skilled nursing facilities. I provide services and support to individuals and families in crisis, challenged with depression, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, anger, family conflicts and life challenges.

I respect that each person life experience and story is unique. I strive to ensure that therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to work through challenges. My goal is to empower, encourage, support, and assist with the development of self-awareness, life and coping skills that will that help you face challenges independently.
