I work from a holistic approach, striving to help clients balance mind, body, and soul. I work from a down to earth, holistic approach striving to help clients balance the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social aspects of their lives in order to aid in the healing process. It is my belief that recognizing the interconnectedness of these different areas is a vital part of getting to the root of the issue(s) and not just addressing the current surface symptoms. I see counseling as a collaborative, gentle, and supportive process. I am passionate about helping others achieve their own personal well being.

I specialize in "life transitions" and "women's issues" such as prenatal/postnatal issues, loss, marriage/divorce, transition to college or work force, etc.
