Hi, I'm Kristine. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) specializing in working with the young adults and adolescents. I have 7 years counseling experience and have experience with counseling in the college setting. Prior and will pursuing counseling degree I gained four years experience working as a residential counselor and supervisor in a trauma informed residential facility. tracking My style of therapy includes practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed practices. Young adulthood can be a volatile time and people often seek extra support during this time of their life and struggle to find services to meet their specific needs. At Next Chapter Counseling I provide telehelath individual counseling services, family therapy if appropriate, and may have future offerings of Telehealth groups. At this time I am unable to accept insurance (working on this being available soon) and will be charging flat rate until that time, please see details on profile.
