Personal Statement

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior pattern or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

You should never have to feel alone with your life's challenges. I am an active, supportive listener who will help you address those issues that are causing you pain. I work with children, adolescents and families to improve relationships. I specialize in trauma and can help you process through your past experiences so that you can fully heal and live in the present. I work with military families and the unique challenges this population encounters. I also specialize in adoption related issues including infertility and attachment work. I hope that together, we can help you lead the life you deserve.
