Whether you are coming out of a painful breakup, redefining your career path, navigating how to ask for what you need from a loved one, or creating a kinder relationship with yourself, therapy together can help you recognize your own inner wisdom and create a deeper, more meaningful daily life.

I specialize in working with entrepreneurs and healing professionals (therapists/therapists-in-training, massage therapists, life coaches, yoga teachers, energy healers, etc.) to deepen care of yourself while simultaneously supporting others. Our sessions together emphasize mindfulness, spirituality, Tarot card readings, and listening to your innate inner wisdom in times of challenge to "find your center" within.

Sessions together can also support you to manage anxiety symptoms, practice self-acceptance, and step out of mainstream cultural norms to envision and create the career and relationships you have imagined.
