Personal Statement

Hello, Peace and Prosperity 😊, I am the owner of Love Life Holistic Mental Health Services. My practice is a product of my experiences working with board and diverse populations, as a therapist, advocate, mentor, speaker, and consultant. I have served in the social services field for over 10 years; additionally, I have been certified by the Department of Defense as a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate. I seek to help those looking for an alternative to psychotropic medication, learning positive coping mechanisms, adjusting to changes, and life skills; this is a judgment free zone.​ Sessions are held in-home, in-office, or on-site.

My clients will take part in an interactive therapeutic process; where we factor in economical status , eating habits, hobbies, interest, goals, etc. I utilize a number of theoretical approaches depending on each clients specific needs; some practice models include: cognitive behavioral, narrative, task-centered, Solution- focused, and crisis intervention .
