I have an eclectic style, using therapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and MI, with a Humanistic approach. My eclectic style represents my understanding that every client has individual needs. Although I have specialized trainings and certifications in various clinical interventions, such as DBT and Anxiety treatment, I believe the therapeutic relationship, and building a strong, trusting, rapport, is at the core of healing clinical work, and is truly what allows for client growth.
