A space to build confidence and break free from self-limiting / self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. We specialize in supporting women in stepping into their power, finding their confidence & voice, and setting healthy boundaries by healing from trauma and unresolved wounds. We create a safe space and work collaboratively with clients to heal and become the best versions of themselves.

We are strength based, trauma informed and inclusive. We know you are unique and need a unique approach to your healing. We use advanced and holistic methods that ease and accelerate the healing process including Art Therapy, EMDR, IFS, DARE, Brene Brown's shame resiliency, Somatic Psychotherapy and Spirituality.
