Personal Statement

Are you tired of feeling stuck? Do you feel anxious, depressed, alone? Are you ready to let go of what's holding you back and move on to the life you know you can fully live? I am a Licensed Clinical Social work and I am a Certified Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapist. Results can be expected within 2-3 sessions. I will help you move past the anxiety, depression, trauma and get back to living.

I have experience with children and families in the educational setting, grief and loss, substance abuse, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with youth, adults and older adult populations. Thank you for being willing to try something new and finally set yourself free.
