Anxiety and depression do not get to rule your life. I will help you build a personalized toolbox of skills to use to face your anxiety and depression head on. You can do this!

As a counselor, my role is to support you by providing my expertise on how to face anxiety and depression. Think of me as your teammate. You are not alone in your struggles, because I am here to support you.
