I believe in developing a supportive and collaborative environment where my clients feel empowered, this allows them to move beyond their limitations and discover greater life satisfaction.

As a clinician, I use an Integrative Therapy approach, combining different therapeutic tools and methods to fit my client’s individual needs. I primarily use Psychoanalytical or Cognitive and Behavioral modalities in sessions.
