Whether you’re a parent unsure of what do to, an adolescent trying to find their place, or a child looking for a space to be a child, I am here for you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have spent my career specializing in trauma, traumatic grief, and child behavioral concerns. Walking with families through their healing process and creating strong parent-child bonds is where my passion truly lies. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) and play therapy techniques. These techniques provide the opportunity to tailor services to help bring back the hope that sometimes gets lost in daily struggles and stress of life.
