Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Katie. I believe that therapy is a process of exploration and navigating the world through a different lens then you did before. I believe in the power of the body to heal past trauma and the resilience of the human soul to move past the hard stuff. I work with people of all ages working mostly on healing trauma that shows up in all kinds of ways including anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, relationship difficulties and many other symptoms.
