Personal Statement

As a licensed therapist, I provide individual, family, group, and couples counseling for children and adults. I take a down to earth approach, am easy to connect with, and strive to see my clients feeling better soon after starting working with me. I have a home office, so privacy is at a premium. Often, my golden retriever, Piper, accompanies me into session.

I addition to my clinical work, I also partner with folks desiring to live a more fulfilling life. With a background in interior design and as the wife of a holistic doctor, I am equipped to provide lifestyle, aesthetic and healthy eating consultation. My goal is to partner with my coaching clients to look and feel their best in their homes, offices, clothes, and bodies.

My training and education was largely Gestalt my back ground is wholistic my inclination is Taoist. My skill is as a listener. I listen for what I do not understand and often we find you do not either. From there we explore finding our way through your misunderstandings and stored emotions until you are present and living in the present being and becoming who you not who you were.
