Accepting NEW Clients - I want to help you find peace, joy, and fulfillment. We'll battle your symptoms together and find ways you can be kinder to yourself. If you are living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, or family relationship problems, I'm ready to help.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in many settings - as a Program Director at The Boys and Girls Club, a middle school teacher, and in counseling positions at a group home, a community mental health center, and in several schools.

I enjoy helping my clients live joyful, fulfilling lives. I am an eclectic counselor, addressing both the deep-rooted causes of your struggles and practical solutions. I utilize Family Systems Theory, Adlerian Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's your therapy, and I will personalize it to your needs.
