Personal Statement

I am a Registered Art Therapist, a Licensed Massage Therapist & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I love what I do. I get to meet the most interesting people. I use traditional therapy techniques & I work with others using experiential therapy techniques. I ask for clients to create art forms expressing their problems. I work with metaphor & Carl Jung's Archetypes.

I own a small office with four other therapists as a team.

Therapy is a process of identifying patterns, behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you. It inspires you to clarify a new vision for your life, identify your purpose and align life with your core values. It creates forward movement in life, so you can feel happy, clear and fulfilled.
