Personal Statement

Kathleen believes that collaborating with clients is important to setting and achieving goals. She understands that life can be difficult and it is important to empower individuals; with many ways to cope with the stress that difficult times bring. Kathleen believes that each person should be viewed as an individual, and that a holistic approach to treatment is essential to healing. She understands that change is difficult but, can also be positive and that anyone can change their life. Kathleen strives to create a comfortable and safe environment with clients where healing can begin.

Kathleen has experience with individual and group therapy. She works with families, couples, adults and children.
