Personal Statement
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing infertility, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. Additionally, I specialize in couple’s counseling ranging from premarital counseling to those in long-standing relationships. I teach you conflict management skills, how to enhance your relationship by deepening the bonds of friendship, emotional intimacy, and increasing the level of romance to reconnect or to create the relationship you have been yearning for.
I understand that seeking help to address your problems can be difficult. Whether you are confronting an issue that has been building over time or a crisis is affecting you or your family, I can help you. I offer the following services:
I help men and women who are wrestling with depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma. As a solution-focused therapist, I counsel adults so they can overcome challenges, heal, and grow…my clients learn to experience life in a healthier, happier, and more sustaining way. I also coach individuals who feel stuck or who are living lives that that aren't what they wanted.
Our intimate relationships are a major part of our lives, but they can sometimes be a source of tension or hurt. I work with couples, helping them to resolve their conflicts, rekindling their desires, and building hope. I work with couples and provide insight in a way that is non-threatening, focusing on uncovering the potential of your relationship and building a bond that is worth celebrating.
Stress or isolation can result when individuals or couples who are starting or growing their families encounter setbacks. Having worked with resolve, the National Infertility Association, for more than 20 years, I am an expert with helping individuals and couples manage stress; care for their relationships; and make challenging decisions. I can help, whether your stress comes from infertility treatments; grieving from a loss; or making a decision.
