Personal Statement

My name is Kate Nichols Lathrop and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with eighteen years experience working with families and individuals of all ages.

I believe that counseling can be one part of youth's health and wellness. I look forward to helping all youth discover their strength and resilience.

My passions include providing trauma-informed therapy to youth and families, movement and mindfulness practices, such as exercise and yoga, and spending time with my family and animals-currently we have a dog and three goats.
