Reaching out for someone to talk to, who will listen without judgment, in a confidential setting takes courage. I believe every human could benefit from counseling at various points as life unfolds. What I provide clients is a genuine kindness, gentle guidance, and patience as each needs space to grow on their own terms. I am a master's level mental health counselor with a holistic and integrative approach to wellness.

Through peaks and valleys, I stand by my ethical and personal goal of helping others to find a happier way of living. I am focused on the journey to authenticity as a main source of true happiness. I offer a safe space for you to explore your life and find better ways to cope with challenges. Every individual is unique and has something wonderful to offer this world. I teach yoga and meditation, which enhances my ability to give more as a professional counselor. Wherever you are on your path, I'll meet you there.
