Personal Statement

With every breath there is hope. Hi! My name is Karen Mclean. It has been my life's mission to build-up, walk beside, challenge, and champion those who feel broken, and for those who long for confidence, courage, and achievement. I have been privileged to do this by providing both coaching and counseling services.

Untreated trauma and other painful life experiences (past and current) can negatively impact daily functioning, mood, relationships, spirit, and ability to accomplish goals and dreams.

Life is transitional - sometimes pleasant/seamless and other times, difficult/painful. There are compatible solutions when feeling depressed, anxious, lost, disconnected, or stressed. With 31 years of recovery from drug/alcohol misuse, I understand... As a fellow traveler I would be honored to walk your journey with you.
