Personal Statement

Once an owner of a fitness business, Karen is particularly passionate about health and wellness. She is often called upon to help business professionals, athletes, sport coaches and executive directors with performance enhancement, building resilience, increase work place productivity, team dynamics, and sports psychology.

When she is not helping others find their True Form, Karen can be found competing in off road triathlons, kayaking, skiing, scuba diving, creating pottery and raising three children with her best friend and husband, Tom.

In 2014, Karen was one of only 800 athletes from around the world to be invited to The Xterra World Championship. She competed on Sunday October 26, 2014 and represented the USA as an age group athlete. She felt honored for the opportunity to race against the world's best athletes and tributes her success to the research backed, evidence based sport psychology methods she has implementing into her training along the way.
