Feeling overwhelmed or upset? Struggling in your relationship? Feeling worried, anxious, or stressed? Does your adolescent child need therapy? I can help! There are times in our lives when we face challenging emotional situations. I believe that your problems do not define you, and that you can benefit from the support of a person outside of your family and circle of friends. I provide a warm non-judgmental place to explore and remove obstacles that may be getting in the way of your happiness.

My teen clients say that I am relatable and my adults clients like my direct supportive approach. I help adolescents tackle their challenges allowing them to become confident adults with a strong sense of self. I work with teens on issues regarding academic pressures, social pressures, ADHD, substance use, social media, depression, trauma, and anxiety.

I work with individuals and couples to addresses relational concerns, anxiety, depression, transition, co-dependency, grief/loss, parenting, and addictions. Combining my academic knowledge and empathy for each client, I use a technique that includes three main approaches. I utilize attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
