Personal Statement

I am a therapist and Clinical Director at Healing with Grace Counseling Center. We have a team of therapists, Neurofeedback & Brain Mapping specialist, Mindfulness Coach, Nutritionist, and a ABA Clinician to help you. As for me, I work with clients who are struggling with individual, family or relationship challenges. If you feel anxious, sad, or overwhelmed, therapy can provide an opportunity for relief and change. I provide a caring and safe place and will help you learn tools and skills to lead a more meaningful life. Throughout the therapy process, we will work together to understand your unresolved issues, thoughts, feeling and behaviors opportunity for relief and change. While our pasts influence us, our past is not our identity nor is it our destiny.I've helped many couples in crisis by providing tools to help reduce conflict and find a healthy way to communicate and relate to each other. I am a certified facilitator of Prepare Enrich program for premarital & married couples.

I also specialize working with children, adolescents and families and helping children and families who are going through separation, divorce, and behavioral issues. If your child is suffering from anxiety, I can help. You don't have to suffer alone. We also have a team that can work with you. Therapy groups for children and adolescents are coming soon.
