Personal Statement

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and trained in many different proven and effective counseling approaches to help you through whatever challenges you may be facing. You don’t have to go through life alone or feel defeated and hopeless. Together we can face your problems and work through your feelings so you can become the best version of yourself.

I also specialize in treating children aged 3 and over using play therapy techniques and sandtray therapy. Sandtray and play therapy allow children to communicate and also process their emotions of internal struggles or conflicts.

I offer a Christian perspective to problems that you may be facing and give everyone unconditional support, empathy and encouragement. Whether you have experienced trauma or just feeling heavy and burdened, I use a holistic approach incorporating faith and biblical principles, if you chose.
