Most of us walk around with psychological and emotional wounds that we work hard to hide from others. The pain of our wounds even causes us to hide from ourselves! What would it be like to have these wounds healed? Wouldn't it be great to be free of some of the hang ups that our wounds trap us in?
Healing is possible when we deal with the root cause. I have found that the root cause of most of our issues is trauma which can be expressed in synonyms such as: stress, pain, anguish and suffering. Julie is an integrative psychotherapist combining body centered psychotherapies with trauma specific techniques and attachment based talk therapies to get at the heart of the issue quickly, effectively, and in a non-threatening way.
