I've often described myself as a personal trainer for the mind. My approach is uncomplicated but requires hard work by both therapist and client. I use this simple motto: Change your thoughts, change your life. My passion is empowering clients to engage in deep self reflection and challenge the unhealthy choices we make on a daily basis that result in increased stress and prevent us from experiencing joy.
