Personal Statement

Starting therapy is a very personal decision. Consider starting therapy when you are seeking an increased understanding of yourself and improved relationships with others. Therapy helps you sort through conflicting emotions, behaviors, and thoughts that get in your way. You will know you are benefitting from therapy when you feel more comfortable and confident in the decisions you make on a daily basis. Looking at others is a distraction. Looking inside ourselves is a journey for those who want to grow and blossom into their true selves. The work is not easy or quick, however the progress made is yours to keep forever.

I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia and I am available for online sessions only. I have extensive experience as a therapist who helps people improve their self awareness and their relationships. Therapy is a challenging journey, and we take it at your pace.
