Personal Statement

Does your life feel as though it’s falling apart? At these times, it’s hard to know what direction to take, or what to do, to create the fulfilling life that you want and deserve. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping people to gain clarity about the issues facing them, identify options to help them make change and assist them in replacing feelings of being stuck and afraid, with feelings of choice, positive action and hope. It’s very important to find a therapist who is a ‘good fit’ for you.

I have had the opportunity to help many people to successfully resolve their life problems and mental health issues. I use a variety of theoretical techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness techniques.
