Personal Statement

I enjoy working with everybody and anybody. I have the training and the necessary life skills to work with a variety of individuals, from all cultures and backgrounds, suffering from various life challenges and mental disorders.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples helping them overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment to life transitions, blended families, and parenting issue. My ability to listen and to provide empathy come from a genuine place of wanting to help others. My life's purpose is to be a resource for individuals who may be suffering.

Life's various challenges can be hard to face on your own. I would love to have the opportunity to help you face those challenges and to work together to help you become your authentic self.
