The feeling that something significant isn’t quite right can be easily overshadowed by life’s daily challenges. The importance of our mental wellness often gets pushed aside as we navigate conflict and suffer alone or in silence. Like it or not, challenges and conflict are an integral part of the human experience. My passion is helping people to realize that they can operate effectively in all realms of conflicted relationships. Leading to confidence in their ability to go out and create the life that we are all meant to live, full of meaning and purpose.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
