Personal Statement

Are you feeling down? Do you lack the motivation to perform everyday tasks? Are your relationships suffering from conflict, and you don’t know how to fix them? Are you having difficulties at work or feel lost on your life’s path? Well I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, and I want to help you. I work from a solutions-based approach and believe that everyone has strengths that can lead them to meet their goals.

I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD, and depression. I provide counseling for career choices, relationship issues, coping skills, and self-esteem. I treat adult individuals using many techniques, including life coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy, and by using humanistic and psychodynamic approaches.

I have two offices in D.C., one in at 1050 17th Street NW, Suite 1000 and the other at 1414 Belmont Street NW. I accept a variety of insurances and will work with you to understand how your insurance works to cover your health needs.
