Personal Statement

I try to help those who are struggling to reduce their emotional and behavioral conflicts and stressors in order to achieve their potential in life while in relation to the people, places and things they depend upon in their life. When a person is capable in becoming more fully aware or mindful of their desires, feelings, thoughts and actions.

While further developing a reflective, tolerant capacity; and continues working towards attempting achievement of their needs and wants where possible or learning acceptance, grieving, and moving on, then I think we are living as fully as possible.
