Personal Statement
I believe we all have the ability to live an abundant and happy life! In my work with individuals, adolescents, children, families and couples I create a unique environment for healing. I draw on my natural qualities of intuition, and empathy to help one be their best self. Through a trusting relationship, years of training, experience and proven modalities, long term changes become a reality! I incorporate various techniques to create the right fit for you or your child. I utilize mindfulness, biology of mind/body, nature as healer, body/ movement practices, and creative/expressive arts to reach your goal.
Through these techniques, as well as trauma and relationship principles, clients are able to shed light on and overcome debilitating behaviors and beliefs, bringing the possibility of long term change. Whether you are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life-transitions or relationships, I can offer understanding and support.
I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for over 10 years in many settings. I have lead therapeutic workshops and groups. In 2011, I received my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology emphasis in Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University.
